Classrooms at The Varnett School East held a friendly door-decorating competition to celebrate the holiday season.
The contenders were parents, teachers, staff and students. They were grouped into PreK and kindergarten, first and second grades, third and fourth grades, fifth and sixth grades and special education and English as a Second Language. The winners get a pizza.
The criteria for judging were based on visual impact, craftsmanship, completeness, originality and nature theme (fun and eye-catching).
