It's not too late!
Texas elementary school students enrolled in kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to participate in the Don’t Mess with Texas® Elementary School Art Contest, presented by the Texas Department of Transportation and Keep Texas Beautiful, to create artwork for the 2017 Don’t Mess with Texas Calendar. Entries will be accepted through April 8, 2016.
