Babies are born every day, in every community, whose parents cannot provide for all their basic needs.
Throughout the month of April, East Campus PreK held a “Baby Drive” fundraiser in which students, parents and staff members donated items to help the families.
The fundraiser was a success and the PreK team was able to buy the rest of the items for the baby drive. Many of the items were diapers, bottles, wipes, bibs, clothing, socks, diaper bags and more.
North Channel Assistance Ministries was very excited about the East Campus PreK donation. It is one of many charities who help support more than 60 families with babies a day. They are located on 13837 Bonham Street in Houston Texas.
