Sixth-grade students demonstrated their skills by exhibiting their art while fourth-through-sixth grade students performed in a talent show on May 1, 2023.
The art exhibit was an end-of-year project in which students used various techniques to illustrate different forms of media.
The talent show featured songs, duets, poetry, soccer skills, a dance number and cheer dance.
Art teacher Ms. Tesla Villeda guided the art exhibit work, while students Hollins Jones and Zoe Martinez served as emcees for the talent show.
Ms. Eugenia DeLara, who teaches fifth- and sixth-grade math and science, delivered the welcoming and closing remarks.
"We wanted our students to display all of their hard work that the school would appreciate," Ms. DeLara said.
