The people of National School Choice Week presented to East campus the "School Choice Leadership Award 2020 "in recognition of tireless dedication toward providing all children with access to effective education options and for participation in National School Choice Week 2020."
School choice means giving parents access to the best K-12 education options for their children. These options include traditional public schools, public charter schools, magnet schools, private schools, online academies, and homeschooling. National School Choice Week was January 26-February 1, 2020.
