Parent-teacher conferences will be held at all campuses Wednesday, Oct. 9. Classes will not be conducted on this day, meaning no school for students.
This is your chance to talk to teachers about your child's academic progress.
Pre-K students are taking the beginning-of-year assessment next week. Students in grades kindergarten, first and second will be tested in math next week, and will also be tested on sight words. Students in grades 3-8 are being tested this week in English Language Arts, math, science and social studies.
When you meet with your child's teacher on Oct. 9, be sure to ask about the results of these tests and how your child performed.
